Staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay.
My room had a strong chemical odor, making it uncomfortable. The shower had mold that was never cleaned during my visit. I also faced issues with receiving proper towels despite multiple requests. they always arrived smelling strange and unusable.

Great location but cleanliness needs attention
The location was fantastic, right across from La Isla Mall and close to downtown. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. the towels had a strange smell despite multiple complaints, and the bathroom conditions were not acceptable. Overall, it's a decent place, but I wish they focused more on hygiene.

Single traveler’s delight! !
The hotel staff were super welcoming and lovely. My room was pristine and the bed was absolutely incredible! ! I couldn’t believe how well I slept. I also couldn’t stop raving about the burger and chips – it was a highlight for sure! Just a tip though, some of the breakfast items were a bit unexpected, like what I thought was mincemeat one morning, but honestly, it was still nice to try something different!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the quality, it was still acceptable.

It was just a commendable fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Merida with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in easy and quick. Try to find a room close to the elevator if you need to make frequent trips.
